The services below are subject to stock availability and the time your order is placed. The average delivery times apply once your order has been dispatched. Please note that some more popular items may take 3-5 days to be despatched. In the unlikely event that your order will take longer than this, we will contact you and advise you accordingly. Please note that should you place your order on a weekend, it may not be despatched until the following Monday.

Order Tracking
We provide our customer tracking details via email for all couriers orders. On the day of dispatched you will be emailed your tracking number and tracking link. In the rare event you should encounter any problems this will help you to quickly solve them directly with the courier company. We are sorry but tracking details are not available for Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class deliveries
Royal Mail Order Not Arrived?
Forpets.co.uk always obtain ‘proof of posting’ for small packages and larger packages sent via courier will always have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.
How To Return An Item
Should you wish to return an item that you have purchased, please follow the steps below:
1) Click on the 'my account' button at the top of the home page.
2) If you are not already logged in, log in using your email address and password.
3) On the 'My Account' page, scroll down to where it says 'view your recent orders'. Next to the order that you wish to return, select 'view order'.
4) Once you have opened the order you wish to return, select the 'add new RMA' button.
5) You can now select which products you wish to return and whether you require a refund or an exchange. Once you have completed the details, press the 'save' button at the bottom of the page.
6) We will now review your return request and email you advising you how to return your item.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS THAT ARE NOT FAULTY MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN A RE-SALEABLE CONDITION.
