The measurements shown are approximate, and may vary +/- 5% from those shown during the manufacturing process.

Returns
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
If any item purchased from Forpets is found to be faulty, damaged in transit or differing from the description given, then we will be pleased to arrange either a refund or a replacement of the product at the customers discretion.
All returns MUST be notified to Forpets via the online form at www.forpets.co.uk within 14 working days from delivery / receipt of your order. At which point we will give you details of how to return the goods to us.
If upon receipt the item is not found to be faulty then an extra postage charge will be requested before the product is returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
All damaged goods will be required to be returned to us for inspection. We will be happy to replace damaged items once we have received the original damaged item back.
Items that are not damaged or faulty must be returned in their original undamaged packaging. Any such items which are returned in a non re-saleable condition may incur a re-packaging fee which will be deducted from any refund.
Any items which are returned for a refund and are not either damaged or faulty will only have the item cost refunded and not the postage.
Delivery
Delivery shall occur when the company or its carrier arrive at the address given to the company at time of order. Every effort will be made by the company to deliver goods within the period specified by the company, however such dates will not constitute part of the contract.
The company can accept no responsibility in the event that goods are left as instructed by you without your presence at the time of delivery.
If you fail to accept delivery of goods when delivered the company reserves the right to attempt delivery of the goods at a later date and to invoice you a further delivery charge.
Should you not be in to receive your goods our courier will leave a card advising where your parcel can be collected from. Should you not collect your item within the advised time frame the item may be returned to us. Should this situation occur, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge prior to re-sending the item to you.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
Once goods have been signed for, you must notify us of any shortage, damage or fault as soon as is reasonably possible. You can notify us via email to info@forpets.co.uk.
The delivery services we offer are subject to stock availability and the time your order is placed. The average delivery times apply once your order has been dispatched. Please note that some more popular items may take 3-5 days to be despatched. In the unlikely event that your order will take longer than this, we will contact you and advise you accordingly.
We do not send any parcels on weekends
Our delivery rates are based upon the weight of the order.
Surcharges may apply to orders going to Scottish highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
Royal Mail Order Not Arrived?
Forpets.co.uk always obtain ‘proof of posting’ for small packages and larger packages sent via courier will always have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.
For peace of mind you can request that your order be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for an extra 70p. This option can be selected at checkout.
Forpets.co.uk accepts NO RESPONSIBILTY for items lost or stolen in the post. No case will be pursued by us unless recorded delivery or courier service is used.
In the unfortunate and rare event that you order has not arrived within 15 working days from date of dispatch, please contact us and we will help to assist you with pursuing your claim with Royal Mail. Please note ‘we do not’ file a lost item claim for you but provide all the necessary information for you to complete the claim form yourselves, and provide proof of postage if required. Royal Mail / Post Office claims, damages or lost item complaint cannot be followed up until 15 working days have passed.
Cancellation & Returns
If you wish to cancel any order you may do so at anytime after an order has been placed , or up to 7 days after the date of delivery. All notices of cancellation must be given to the company in writing.
In the event that you cancel an order after delivery you must inform the company in writing within 7 days. The goods must then be returned at your own expense to the company within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order. You will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge. These conditions will still apply in the event of any discount/special offer applied to delivery charges.
The company will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the company that the goods have been returned to the address advised by the company.
It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. The company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. The company retains the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging.
The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, losses, charges and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.
Where you have not incurred any shipping or carriage cost but we have still incurred such a cost in shipping the items to you, we may deduct this cost from any refund due for items returned for refund.
Should the product prove to be faulty or the wrong item has been delivered, we will not charge a handling fee and provided the item is returned within a 28 day period we will refund the cost of delivery back to you upon proof of payment.
Forpets / GPC Ltd's return policy does not extend to products shipped outside of mainland UK.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
